Welcome to Become Inspired Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern all workshop bookings, services, and website use provided by Become Inspired Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to educational institutions and clients ("you", "the school").
1. Company Information:

2. Workshop Bookings & Confirmations:
• A booking is formally confirmed once an official booking confirmation email or agreement is issued by Become Inspired Ltd.
• The school is responsible for ensuring correct session dates, times, year groups, and contact details are provided prior to the workshop date.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms:
• Workshop fees are specified at the time of booking and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are issued following workshop delivery (or as agreed) and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice. Purchase order (PO) numbers should be provided prior to service delivery where required by the school's finance system.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• Cancellations by the School: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date may be billed at full price.
• Rescheduling: We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made by the school due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to facilitator availability.
• Cancellations by Become Inspired Ltd: In the rare event that we must cancel a session due to illness, severe weather, or emergencies, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. We accept no liability for consequential losses.
5. Safeguarding, Health & Safety:
• Become Inspired Ltd facilitators maintain up-to-date Enhanced DBS checks and relevant public liability insurance.
• School Supervision: A member of school teaching staff must remain present in the room during all workshop sessions to assist with pupil management and supervision.
• Facilitators do not act in loco parentis and are not responsible for sole pupil supervision.
6. Intellectual Property:
All workshop concepts, presentation materials, handouts, branding, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Become Inspired Ltd. No part of our workshops or materials may be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Become Inspired Ltd carries comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. Except in cases of personal injury or death caused by negligence, our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total fee paid by the school for that specific booking.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
